Oh no! [Angel begins hopping on it then hops off as Fluttershy comes close to nudge her nose at the dreamberry.] No, you mustn't do that, we don't know who this belongs to. We have to be gentle. Yes, Angel, gentle.

[Cesare squints and brings the phone closer to his face. He didn't even make out the last half of what she said, it was too quiet.]

People do not choose when they go, no more than we chose to be brought here. It was no malice on their part that brought them away from this place, I assure you.

[Why he is trying to reassuring a talking pony he doesn't know but. There's something sweet about her. He's reminded for a moment of the little lamb his sister posed with for her portrait.

It is relatively safe here though. Your friends may not be here but I doubt anyone would harm you. We make do.

[Cesare has little appreciation or patience for weakness but he can, strangely, sympathize with the pony.]

We cannot try to be other than what we are. The most we can do is work with what we have.
